TYPE3 is a fitness challenge application that presents users with 100 athletic challenges across various categories including but not limited to:
- Strength: Weightlifting exercises such as bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press at various weights
- Endurance: Running events including 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon distances
- Calisthenics: Bodyweight exercises including pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and muscle-ups
- Explosive: Jumping, sprinting, and power-based activities
- Acrobatics: Advanced bodyweight movements requiring balance and coordination
These activities are inherently dangerous and carry significant risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, bone fractures, spinal injuries, cardiac events, and in extreme cases, permanent disability or death.
